One of our clients runs a small property management company out of Business Bay, messaged me last week asking whether he should finally pay for ChatGPT. He'd been using the free version for about a year, mostly for drafting tenant emails and the odd listing description, and someone at a networking event had told him he "needed GPT-4" to get anything useful out of it. I had to gently tell him that the conversation was about two years out of date. There hasn't been a straight
